Nimrod,
I don't really have any advice; I just wanted to say a) please don't apologise; b) the problems you are having make mine seem laughable and my heart goes out to you; and c) please stick with the message boards here. In drifting in and out of them over the last year or so, I have come across such incredible warmth and support here and I have always gone away feeling somehow lifted (if that makes any sense).
I think therapy could be extremely helpful for you, but it can be expensive. Is there any way you can get to see a therapist? I have been in and out of therapy (clinical depression, suicide attempt etc) for about 10 years and rate it well above the medication I've tried - thought that helps me, too. Please do investigate some kind of counselling if you can.
Failing that, log in here and vent away. That's what the board is here for. If you can find the strength.
Hope to see you around the boards and feeling better. Hang in there...
Fiona
