Hi, blue skies dont happen very often here.
Its been a bad few days. My best friend has now been admitted to a psyche hospital. I feel so helpless as i know that she needs to alot of the healing herself. Any suggestions as to where i can get more info on helping her? perhaps show me to a forum on here where there is more info that might help. I am at my wits end with it all, plus trying to keep myself happy and functioning.
