Hi GeorgeJ -- nice to see a pharmacist around here. You know you're stuff!I'm currently weaning myself off of Effexor. I've gone down from 300 mg to 112.5. I just saw my doctor last week and he said the same thing. He gave me a script for prozac if I can't handle the withdrawl symptoms ...... and explained it the same way.
Just curious -- how long did it take you to wean off?
