10 things to be proud of myself for

1. I'm getting better at making it through psychological crises on my own

2. I'm in touch with my feelings to the extent that I can tell when I'm not in touch with my feelings

3. I haven't been obsessing over things that are relatively unimportant (like my poundage)

4. I haven't been self-medicating with alcohol or sorbet...

5. I have been hanging out with my friends, even when it's really hard, and I don't feel up to it (I feel better afterwards)

6. I have painted my nails a gorgeous color of metallic chocolate brown with burgundy and gold shimmers

7. I am doing really well about opening up to a T. Last week I told my ex-T some things that I've carried around for many many years in solitude, and I even told my new T some new things too.

8. I have been getting work done, and even scheduling meetings with my dissertation advisor with deadlines for myself to get certain things prepared

9. I have been playing the violin for at least five minutes, a few times a week. Last night I played for almost 20 mins. my calluses are coming back

10. I have been a good friend recently.
