Miller, I'm so sorry for your experience, but I'm so glad you're alive. Do you feel like you're out of danger of trying again?

I think the only thing you can do is to ask your psychologist whether or not he did this, and if so what his reasons were. It's Wednesday now and your appointment is tomorrow, or I'd advise you to call him.

It does feel like a violation, if that's what happened. But you don't yet know his reasoning, even if it was him. He might not have felt assured that you were out of danger. He might have felt you would have resisted had he informed you. Or he might just have been frightened or angry by your attempt without calling him first. There's no way to know until you speak to him.

I do understand your anger, but I think it's important to go to the appointment and try to understand his position. Until then, try to keep an open mind.

How long have you been seeing this psychologist, and what is your relationship like?
